By combining Ovid’s poetry and my images I wanted to represent chaos and control. Here I illustrate the natural world’s struggle against a relentlessly growing human existence and our constant attempts to control chaos by building barriers.
The book is a miniature concertina binding. The boards are covered with a wood veneer and is titled on the front board. The book is housed in a drop-sided presentation box covered with Japanese paper and an image on the front of the box. The edition is limited to thirty copies. This is copy number 6
